I've yet to try and older chipset driver package or to just let Windows Update install the drivers from the update catalog. I've also updated the firmware for the 990 Pro to the latest (1B2QJXD7). I've updated the BIOS and made certain that VMD is has remained disabled. I can reimage and install all drivers minus the chipset drivers without this issue occurring, however once I install the chipset drivers the device stops booting with the same Inaccessible_Boot_Device issue. And the Inaccessible_Boot_Device BSOD came back after rebooting. I then reimaged with a fresh Win11 again and used Windows Audit mode to skip the OOBE and just installed the chipset driver package (Chipset-Win10_Win11-4.8351). I rebooted the NUC and it BSOD on boot with stop code 7B (Inaccessible_Boot_Device).
